book. Follow the prompts as you download to retrieve your security code.
Your security code is case sensitive. How do I
open Zip files?
Your book is delivered to you in a zipped format. You will need to have a
copy of a program like WinZip to open the file. You can download WinZip from here.

By default, WinZip will save the book to your "unzipped" folder. You can
specify the location to save your book. Once you've downloaded the zip
file, double click the file to open it from your hard drive. WinZip
